That's a great interpretation of Chopin's Prelude #24. He meant it to be played with enormous power, and few pianists do. Bravo!

Awesome job on the Lachini piece. Very difficult to play!

This is very well played for having it learned by yourself... Chapeau!
I also have the sheet music by Lachini, but from where did you get the introduction and finale of that piece? It's not on the original papers...
Keep the good work up!

Man, you must have been studying! I enjoyed the pieces a lot. You did many nice little things in chopin prelude nr. 24, like the decrescendo before going to A minor. Pesonally I would use less pedal, or lift it more often. It gets a bit blurry. Upload any more vids if you have!

thanks marten! unfortunately I learnt all these pieces without a teacher so I guess it was all up to me and often self-disciplining is hard! hehe! With the pedal, I absolutely agree. However, some of it is my piano too - it's not very good and ummm (im ashamed to admit) but it hasn't been tuned for like 4 years which is quite amazing considering that the sound isn't TOO bad. I should've used the concert grand at the School of Music here in Canberra... silly me.

thanks for your comment. i think sometimes only the pianist can know if it comes from the bottom of his or her heart. doesn't have to come in the form of public aesthetic appeal. i'm definitely no lang lang in terms of physical expressiveness... hehe but i don't play pieces unless it is as heartfelt as i can make it :) thanks! v
