The chickens will come out when they're ready. No need to force them. You're sorta pushing them and crowding them. Just set the food and water out and trust me, they will come out and take care of themselves.

@buddybleau True, but cannibalism is MUCH more common in pheasants.
-
@ravenkid33 They are only cannabilistic with "DEAD" chickens.

Chickens aren't stupid.. only some chicken owners are!
-

@tmomof6 Erm... I have read things both by Peta, and by professionals... And I own chickens... And I am very experienced with owning chickens.. by saying "must be" I have a moderate idea of what I was talking about. "Never" was an exaggeration. Ergo, it rarely happens. So take a chill pill.

@ravenkid33 Your words give your ignorance away, you said "must be" Which means you have NO EFFING CLUE! Chickens are mass produced for food because they are cheap & tasty. & you have also said "they will not ever become cannibalistic" & "I know that they may become cannibalistic" Have you learned something? Please read something by professionals instead of tripe from peta

Good, I am glad you have learned something, and I do know that they may become cannibalistic, but obviously the breeders who say so must be awful breeders.

Great video again, i'll be interested in their progress. Their step seemed to be too uneasy, perhaps a more gradual decline would allow for more traction and thus more confident chooks.

The problem was not the incline but they were slipping on the gap between the steps. I have now added some extra steps and they are getting the hang of it. Even the Black Rock.
