Great cameo from Amy Osmond Cook as the script girl. they certainly make good use of her. She's certainly photogenic.

Oh yes, I do agree although James Cagney did alright with the film. Maybe the era was all wrong for this kind of show! Its great the way Donny pulled Himself back up though.....

its one of cohen's worst i think. some said it was donny, but David Cassidy didn't do well in it either and I don't think its ever been done really successfully with anyone in the lead. i think its sad that she talks about it making or breaking his career and then. . .but isn't it wonderful he was able to come back even stronger.
