btw when i watched this video the end was cut off, what you do is follow as much of the video as possible and click on "QoS Packet Scheduler". Then double-click on "Limit Reservable Bandwidth". Although "Not Configured" is selected this may cause your computer to use the default setting of 20%. This means your computer will only use 20% of your actual bandwidth! so change this bonehead setting to something higher, (I changed mine to 70%) if you have the only computer in your house set it 100%
