This is history in the making - Barack Obama addresses his supporters why he is running now for the presidency instead of later. Change comes from those who have not adopted the status quo. Obama is an inspiration to all the changes we hope for in America. He seems to be fully aware of the challenges ahead of him from those whose interests will definitely be affected! The oil companies, health insurance companies, drug industry and their likes are poised to unleash their underhanded attacks. 'We the people' need to be steadfast in pursuing to achieve these changes through this untainted promising young leader.
The contenders need to be cautious in what they say and do among the black community. Covering up their mistakes by using other black will backfire on them. It will hurt the Democratic Party more than their intended target. I believe he will unit us but the Clintons will polarize the black community and the Democratic Party.

  • He's the only candidate I've ever known to honestly answer the "what's your greatest weakness?" answer. That shows character.

  • Obama 08!!! Nevermind the haters all of the greatest leaders have and will forever always be criticized.
