"Smear campaign" by the family Capt. Araguz? What a joke. This man Justin Purdue, who calls himself "Nikki" is A MAN who deceived another man in order to live out his own delusion. A profoundly selfish act. Thankfully, this man Justin Purdue lost the case.

Red herring: deception, proven false; Strawman: Selfish, unsupported openion; and, ad hom: the delusional man shtick. No need to cite any supporting evidence here folks, CaminoAjo obviously has a gut feeling which, of course, means that facts are irrelevant. FACT: the judge has not yet ruled in the case - which will be appealed no matter what, by one side or the other.

Sounds like you took about a week of philosophy at community college. You're unaware of the proper application of those terms. I'd advise you remain within your capacity. I have presented bare-bones facts here: Justin Purdue is a man who deceived and defrauded another man and now wants cash out of the deal.

@CaminoAjo If you can't even get the facts of the case right, why would you think anyone would think you're anything more that yet another hubris right-wing nut? At the time of your post, the Clapp hadn't yet issued a ruling. The case is being appealed and at no time did any attorney argue that she "deceived and defrauded another man." Have you even read the motions or the ruling? It kinda seems you're just making things up and filling in the gaps with fallacies.

ehipassiko: A couple of us are looking into possibly doing a fundraiser event or events up this way in Edmonton Alberta with all proceeds going to Nikki Araguz. Please let us know how we can help out the most. Any imput would be greatly appreciated and and insight would be helpful. Also, if she's up for it, maybe Mrs Araguz could write a statement about what it's been like for her? Thank you for your time and effort in this matter. I will continue to watch.

Gender Dysphoria is a real medical condition as real as cancer or a common cold and as trivial or deadly as both.

i thik that's messed up the way they put mrs.araguz and mr araguzes buisness out there like that, the man just passesd away and she has to go through this i cant even imagine what the chirldren are going through regardless of who and what she is she is human and we are all gods chirldren no matter what i cant beleive the nerve of some people calling her out, they need to grow up, i think his mom and family is just doing this out of greed!! what a way to show there son how much they love him!!
