so the natural weight loss works well for you? I've lost about 60 pounds from being on a steroid a few years ago and I've got about 20 pounds to get back to where I used to be again! but the last 20 is really difficult -_-. I would love some help haha.

I had never heard of the coconut oil thing helping with sagging skin during weight loss. I was already putting together an order for skin care from vita cost after hearing about it yesterday. I'm not loosing lots of weight, but I have lost some since I don't have much of an appetite right now. I see they have a 4 oz pure coco oil option for $2. It is worth a try. Thanks!

@maiclifford Yes and it works. It works very well for me. However I am not a big meat person. So I find it hard to do unfortunateley. I have consider doing it with fish and green veggies.Really more of a Paleo diet. For now I am working on making the raw food diet work for me with lower carb & GI foods. In the end I might end up on a more PALEO diet I will let you know. For now it is mostly vegetarian & high raw

be warned of the mineral oil and BHT in bio oil- yipes! Avalon Co-Q-10 lotion is amazing and I use it on my stomach for sagging skin- it works really well.

@yogangel7 I had not heard of that but I will try it! I also heard that Roc is good b/c of the retinol a in it =D haven't tried but I think I will this go around since I am at my heaviest.
