  • This guy chats shit!!!, just wants you to buy his stupid products and rip you off for a mug!!! He dosn't care about your success, if you decrease carbs you'll feel flat and deflated, ye you'll lose weight, but you'll lose muscle too, your muscles need to be fuled with carbs. Carbs help the proteins build the muscle. Full body workout, in the syle of circuit training with weights/1 set per exercise and then repeat the circuit. do this 3 times a week and do an interval workout on the weekend/ eat!

  • sick of this shit about cutting out carbs. After a workout, whether its fat loss, fat loss and muscle build or just muscle building, you need a good protein powder and some sugar from fruit straight away to feed your just muscles or else if you just have whey powder no carbs, your body will use the protein for energy, which is the last thing you want to happen. you'll just slow your muscles from growing. If you exercise your whole body 3 times a week with proper,food, no white shit, 6 times, :D

I've really just got into to excersize and I'm simple eating porridge in the morning scrambled eggs, beans on toast at dinner time, something rice based at tea time and oatibix before bed.I've been running, doing pushups and situps everyday. If it doesn't work after 3 months fuck it.

  • @MrXxdemonxx123 Complex carbs are good. Stay away from processed carbs/sugars. Eat unbleached grain products (Rye bread, Multi-Grain Bread, Brown Rice) and fresh fruits like watermelon and berries but don't stuff yourself with them. And vegetables, but not potatoes. Eat green veggies, and if you eat salad NO DRESSING. That shit is loaded with useless calories.
