In this video, I cook up a traditional Chinese egg drop soup with a little variation of my own.
Using Chinese egg noodles, I implemented the noodles into the base to create a creamy, delicious corn style noodle soup. The texture and hardness of the noodles adds adds a classic touch to an already traditional soup.
