@bluejacket12385 i am here 'cause i AM a blacksmith and a friend showed me this vid, and if i wanted any confirmation to my decision not to have a tv, here it is. i guess you and the commercial makers are united in thinking that "memorable" and "stupid" are one and the same, which means you consider people stupid, in general. the fact that you just called me, a complete stranger, and idiot, only confirms this theory. funnily enough, i made stuff for one of their commercials.

@BuPsychBass No... Liquid Gold >.>

@kalevraa Wow you are so smart for noticing all of that! Thats totally soooo true! Man im am sure glad you pointed that out kid. I was totally going to go and start my blacksmithing apprenticeship with holding a red hot horse shoe.
-
@kalevraa you're an idiot. Its a commercial about cheese and its clearly trying to be silly. and "cheesy" Clearly you're missing the point about a commercial trying to penetrate its target market by being memorable. Besides, if its so dumb? Then why are you here, no ones forcing you to watch it on tv and then LOOK IT UP ON YOUTUBE AND BITCH ABOUT IT. Fail.

@bluejacket12385 yeah, they are just trying to sell us their gross cheese, i know. this is not a discovery channel documentary on the pre-industrial age. but my question stands -- does is have to be quite so dumb? wouldn't take any extra effort to make it a bit more true to reality. this is how people's heads get filled with unreal crap.

@kalevraa ITS A FUCCCCKING COMERCIAL stop taking it soooo serioussssss

@bugzich Its a fucking comedy commercial lol omg

I'm a blacksmith and this makes me laugh for soo many reasons.
He's using the wrong tool, that horse shoe would be so hot that it would vaporize the liquid in his bones, causing them to literally explode, he should be putting the horse shoe on an anvil, and blacksmiths don't make skillets.
And is mac and cheese even made in skillets anyway?
-
well, a blacksmith who holds a red-hot horseshoe in his bare hand doesn't get to be a blacksmith for very long, cheese or no. could be a very good commercial for a burn unit. and as to HAMMERING a piece of hot steel while holding it in air... man, it's easier to steer your car with your dick. do commercials HAVE to be that dumb? no, wait, i withdraw this question...
This commercial is cheesy.
