Gone one of these lights a while back and did my own review of it, I'm quite impressed with it and it's very low in price which is nice.

is this light bright enough for medium sized parties?

Mine does the same exact thing. but i called chauvet and they sent me a new one. I also got to keep the
old one

@jazzyrocka12 yea mine is doing the same thing, like a dying robot.

Is this on sound activated? Because when I put mine on sound activated it just jerks back and forth like it's having seizures and only pans occaisonally, and even then, it's a jerky pan.

I use it a lot for house parties in the living room. 20-30 people. It is definitely better in a small to mid size room.
