If you have a history of seizures because of flashing lights or colors: Caution, this video may cause seizures. Please keep in mind that this video is not scientifically tested. So be critical. Only look at the middle of the screen. Then alternating two colors are projected in the two hemispheres of the brain. The pictures are changing ten times in a second. The audio signals includes a 10 Hz simulation by the use of the so-called frequency following response (FFR). It is possible, that it is better without audio signals.
Some explanations for the FFR in this video:
A relaxed awake feeling state is in particular characterized by a frequency of 10Hz in the EEG (perhaps there is also a relationship between the 10 Hz frequency and creativity). If tones with a difference of 10Hz are released on the right audio channel and on the left audio channel, the EEG can follow this difference. On the left audio channel you can hear for 2.5 second a frequency of 640Hz and on the right audio channel a frequency of 630Hz. Then you can hear a frequency of 320Hz for 2.5 second on the left audio channel and on the right audio channel a frequency of 330Hz (these frequencies base on a 10 series: 10 20 40 80 160 320 640). Perhaps you can become a little bit drowsy, when hearing the tones.

Some information for making this movie:
You can make the sound easy with the software "audacity 1.3", which is open-source. The pictures can be made easy with every photo-software. I used "photoshop 6.0". The colors are important: In this movie you can see pure blue on one side and a combination of a blue color and a green color on the other side. Perhaps these colors, blue and blue-green, can integrate wishes and can aid to grounding. The circle is a symbol for the whole world. This is a contrast to the triangle. Because the triangle is a symbol for the quest for the top like the pyramids. But in a universe without bounds there is no bottom and there is no top (C. G. Jung). Cheap and easy to use is the software for making the movie itself: After all I used "ulead videostudio 9".
