Thats the problem with replay in outside view. They do not show lowered flaps.

@ronaldcgriffin Mate I would really apreciate if you could tell me where could find the effects on the windshield? I'm talking about the realistic rain drops ofcourse!

The effects are only in FS9, and come with the PMDG. No effects for FSX im afraid.
