hey you know how like every track coach and trainer says.." keep your arms at 90 degrees, dont let iit pass your pocket area.. blah blah" IN THIS VIDEO EVERYONES ARMS IS STRAIGHT BY THE POCKET AREA!!! They seems to force the arms DOWN in order to produce more power to the ground.... thats the secret!!

It's not easy staying on top of your game. You can't win forever. Eventually the rest of the world will catch up with the Great Usain as did, Jordan, Babe Ruth, the USA basketball team to name a few. It's also tough for him because there is no one to really push him at the moment.
