The Proposal

On October 18, 2011 I asked my beautiful girlfriend to be my wife. I surprised her a couple of weeks earlier with a photo shoot to get some pics taken. What she didn't know is that I had a couple of more surprises lined up. The photographers (www.lovepiclove.com) were in on it from the start. After we had taken a few photos at the beginning of our session, I asked the photographer's wife, Alyssa, if she'd use my iPhone to take a few pics for us since we were going to have to wait about a month for the real photos to be completed. She agreed, but instead of taking photos, she set my iPhone to record. That is when I got down & popped the question. The rest of the session was amazing. It had turned in to our engagement photos. It wasn't over there. After the session, I asked Erin if she'd like to go get a celebration drink. We arrived at Sambuca & she was surprised again to see that I'd gathered several of our Dallas friends to throw her a surprise engagement party. It was a great night that I'll never forget.
