56 hours to get 100% including a lot of screwing around to get money, treasures, and bugs.
I imagine about 90-100 hours total when you include hero mode.

in the end, Skyward Sword ended up being 30 hours to beat and around 50 hours to 100%. Still a fine game though, but Wind Waker is still the very strongest entry in the franchise IMO
