While your tutorial is impressive considering your age and I'm sure that you'll be having a really right future ahead of you, Whatever you did in this tut hardly counts as web design.
I can create this background in HTML given enough time...Infact almost any kind of layout can be created using CSS and HTML- It's only the complexity and time required that's irritating.An integrated design with CS3 and let's say- Dreamweaver would've been helpful and worth watching.
Anyway, Good Job!!

I have to be honest, this design isn´t usefull at all.
I mean this isn´t a tut for webdesigning. It looks ugly and everyone can make this "layout".
Nevertheless, you still need HTML and CSS to convert this layout into a Website.
I think I´m going to make a better tut soon!
