@6737577 Most of the time when the iPod goes in water multiple items are damaged or blow out. The cost to fix it most of the time will cost as much or close to the price of replacement.

can you separate the glass from the LCD or do I have to buy a new LCD too ?

@stitches4897 You can only replace this screen as a complete screen which includes the LCD and Touch Panel. We carry the complete screen at DirectFix com.

can you detach the glass from the part that is directly under the glass? i think its called the digitizer
