you have the right to resist unlawful detainment. that's why when u ask a cop what am i being arrested for ,they just tell you to shut up.they dont want you to know they are committing a felony. Conspiracy to violate individual rights.When a cop violates the constitution they are no longer acting in accordance to their oath and are no longer cops at the moment they committed a crime.You have the right to defend yourself against unwarranted attacks even if they are cops.

This is why I shut down my FB page yesterday, and I encourage everyone to terminate their services with the cell phone providers who voluntarily gave the gov't full access to our personal information. The only problem is that Google/Youtube were amongst the ISP/cell providers participating in PRISM, and I rely on it to get real news!
