for the sliding you can use any board really. It does help to have a little longer and wider board than your standard trick deck though.

Any wheel can slide but I recommend Earthwing Slide A formula wheels, the best I've used.

You can make your own gloves using plastic counter top samples or pieces of cutting board attached to the palm of the glove.]

so true, if only id known that. i got my new board and was too amped. went straight up without tightening my trucks. got to the bottom, got speed wobbles, faceplanted. over 1000$ of dentist bills and a hemotoma the size of a tennis ball on my chin for a few weeks. i learnt my lesson
