Guys they are both good players, Bowen is better in every way, I don't know if you have noticed that since 2007, bowen has not had a full season. 2011 he will and he had 16 games in 2011 and now a full pre-season. Bowen has 2 major knee reconstructions. Billy slater has not been injured and has not gotten the most tries in season. Bowen is a ball player, he is faster and he can just do anything, this video proves it.

Bowen over slater anyday ... bowen is faster , can kick , can pass , always runs in support he is 10 times better then slater at everything ... all slater has over him is size .. bowen should be fullback for Aus & Qld his getting back to his best in 2011 no doubt he has speed still bowen just comes out of no where and gets try off a kick return billy slater never does anything good thats why theres hardly any billy the fagget highlights cause his nothing, Thurston & bowen combo for origin FTW

@scorpoween yeah and the try he got against the tigers was really good because there were so many players there trying to get him, other teams better watch out this year, someone was going for a 40/20 and bowen jumped up as the ball had already bounced before the line and was going to be a 40/20 and he hit it before it bounced and he jumped over the barricade sign thing and fell over and got back up and ran and got the ball in his in goal and ran it out so it wasnt a drop out.

@scorpoween yeh i agree haha, manly one was my fav because of the one handed catch and he was going to pass it but didn't need to, thurston chipped it too, but bulldogs one he confused the f**k out of them and i couldn't believe bowen ran that way and there was a time where thurston and bowen were in a play where a try was scored and they confused the bulldogs heaps haha

can't wait to see bowen vs slater in the all stars match next year, stuff barba, barba sit your ass down on the bench or play for like 20 mins. ur a kid and u drop the ball so many times at fullback but ur learning. bowen deserves number 1 spot and i like u and the bulldogs but we want to win the game maybe u can come on to add some spark or something. u can score good trys but bowens a better all around player and is reliable. also chris sandow better impress people. soward should be there

@DbKillFeed im loving your comment, there may not be much highlights but slater has done alot of good things i know because i have seen them and trys off kick returns aswell. maybe people who support him cbf to do a vid or nobody is that interested in him. where as Cowboys supporters are

@DbKillFeed i dont really like slater but he is a good player and deserves his spot but i would love nothing more than to have bowen playing origin again. because bowen certainly deserves it. bowen goes alright in defense but i think slater is better in that area. qld are lucky they got the two best fullbacks at their disposal. im NSW by the way but go for NQL Cowboys. bowen got QLD the victory how ever long ago it was with an intercept try. slater does do some freakish things.

@FATALKILLER171 i agree, slater is really good too but bowen has been injured and he really can do anything just as well as slater can. i dont think u have the chip and chase effort from bowen against the tigers this year it was pretty freakish. plus that one he did in a manly game was awesome he chipped it for himself and caught it one handed and made two manly players run into each other then he scored
