This body weight workout can be done anywhere and anytime to get an excellent fat-burning workout in just 20 minutes. All you need is a resistance band (even that is optional but it will give you a better workout). No weights are required. You can perform this workout at home, in a hotel room, in a bathroom at work (not recommended). Let me know what you think about it in the comments.

Simply perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds and then
rest for 30 seconds. Repeat this circuit for 20 minutes. Make sure you warm up before attempting.
