Tropical Storm Don TWC Coverage Part 1 (7/27/11)

This video was actually taken moments before the declaration of this new tropical storm. Nevertheless, the fourth named storm of this very active early part of this 2011 season is looking like a concern for areas in Texas or Louisiana. The high pressure dominating Texas will move further east and because of that, Don will head towards the western Gulf of Mexico. Because of the favorable area and lack of wind sheer, this could pose more of a danger than expected. Will Don become a hurricane before landfall?
