Yeah, Steve. I hear you about the back pain. Feels like I've got flathead screwdrivers wedged between my vertebrae sometimes. I do back strengthening exercises which make my back stronger, I guess, but they also put the muscles in my back into spasms. Such a frustrating disease.

Good to see you again Clark! I need to be getting more excersize, i hardly do any at all and there is no real excuse for that, I should go for a walk tomorrow. I too worry about overdoing it.

i try to keep track of how many minutes i can do. i know the maxium i can do on a good day is about 30. if i'm feeling rough i won't do more than 10. keep track of the minutes helps me not to go over my limit and to keep some hard data. i find keeping a journal helps as well, how many minutes, how i felt, and the result.
i hate the quick capture cuts people off. i would be able to vlog more if it really worked. good to hear from you. take care.

Thanks so much Carey. My lyme doc wants me to lose 30 lbs. (So do I), It used to be easier before I got Lyme. Just pushed myself until I got there. Not so easy these days. But, I'll get it done. This disease just requires so much patience. I have never had patience. Anyway, best to you and thanks for the comment.
