No longer produced because of the low cruise speed(400 knts). Bombardiers Q 400(turbo prop) does the same speed but uses 40 percent less fuel

I've done this fight several times. I usually come on the last flight coming in to DSM at night. Atlanta to DSM via MKE. Those are actually nice little jets (Fairchild/Dornier) bummed that they no longer are produced. I hope Midwest survives all of the airline beatings and cutbacks going on, they are a class act. Thanks for sharing the vid.
