This is something very different for me. This is a monologue I did for Anthony Grasso's film acting class. The piece is from the Novel "Darker Places" by Parke Godwin
This is quite good! Especially the opening. I double checked the video description because I wasn't sure if you were acting yet or not - which is about the best compliment I can give.
Very natural and quite captivating. My only note is in regards to your vocal clarity. Maybe this is due to the fact that this was filmed, and maybe it sounds better live, but there are times when your voice drops, and when your speed makes you hard to understand. But your character development is impressive.
I thought it felt natural too. To be honest, I thought you were just talking to someone about what you were going to do, until I realized that you were still talking about it. I didn't feel like you were just reading lines or anything like that.
