They are lovely dogs, I used to have one, she was the best dog I ever had but unfortunately, she was not breed properly and suffered heart problems, had a pace maker fitted at 8 years old and lived to almost 10 yrs. She had a great life thou and I am proud to have given her the great life she upmost deserved. RIP baby

@boerentroef Please don't talk about things you don't understand. e.o True, some of these dogs get SM, but that is mostly the show bred dogs beacuse they are breeding them smaller and smaller causing these problems. If you don't indent on showing them and just having one for a pet find a breeder that breeds them for pets, not show and look at the history of the parents. Over here i Australia hardly and Cavies get SM either, it's most a problem in the UK. These dogs make wounderful pets.

Daft animals. Most of them are sick with syryngomilia as well because of all the breeding. They won't get old and die in a horrible and painfull way because of this. This all because they keep breeding the dogs even when they know the dog is sick. This is just criminal!!
