@thenewthought86 jay owes a lot to jaz and he tried to sign him when he intial started roc a fella and jaz turned him down...he put him on his first album as a rapper and a producer so he didnt forget where he came from...jay didnt take his style cuz jay can flow and do so many different styles...the fast rapping the super slow flow rapping or switching it up in the middle

@thathazey1224 Jaz was just not as talented as Jay-Z... Jaz has good flows and pretty good lyrics at times but his consistency is non existent.. I can could come up with good lyrics if i had 4 years to write each song.. like jay said ' people saying they made hov made hov say okay so, make another hov' if he can do that well fair enough then.. But he can't... no one man can put him in the position he's in, everyone needs help, but i think after all the help is given the best man stand on top!

Kinda like what happened wit nas n cormega, cormega wouldn't sign some WHACK production deal so they kicked him out the firm and replaced him wit nature.
