One night I was sufing through the net so I could find out how to catch Celebi on my Sapphire and I came across this video, then to check if it was real I went to www.serebii.net to the 'Catching Celebi' section and it says their's statistics (I quote 'Their's a certain Hex Event that makes it a 1 in 456 chance of finding it in a battle'). I did not make this, I found it and put a song on it.

EDIT: The person who found this out is ecao. He has told me he will be posting all the steps on how to get Celebi on a GameBoy Advance in a video which should be uploaded sometime after Christmas.
