I was stationed in Germany from 1966 to 1968. I had the GREAT opportunity to meet the band at a couple of their gigs. When they played the Harvey Barracks, my post, we shared a couple of flip-tops. I believe the lead singer was Sam, he honored me by asking me to dance with his wife during the sets.
I am truly saddened to hears that some of the members have passed away due to war. May They Rest In Peace. They were all beautiful people.
