0:49 He says he used to think that if he didn't start working out a long time ago that he'd be taller. I thought the whole point of this channel was that 'Mike Chang' was just an average guy who became overweight and then got himself in shape and is showing others how to as well. So obviously (says so himself in the vid) he got into fitness much earlier than what he claims, probably why his results are so drastic. People should watch Furious Pete's 5 minute body transformation, pretty similar...

Would you recommend it for a 16-year old who is about 1.60m and weighs about 55kg? I've been doing it for a long time now and I'm still short, so that is why I'm wondering if i did it wrong or not
