Leo's House

Specially filmed to show foreigners about home construction in the Philippines. This is an an example of what you can get for about 1.5 million Philippine Pisos. The home is being built by a Filipino living in Australia, so he has some westernised ideas about construction. The home is situated in Aloran about 12 kilometres from Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental, Mindanao. It is about 100 metres from the waters of Iligan Bay. The house has approximately 150 square metres of floor space situated on 300 square metres of land. It is not quite finished and still needs to be painted. The P1.5m price includes land, construction to date, fittings and furniture.
