Yes, Michael had rather decline heaven in order that you could stay with "The Lady in Your Life".-Beautiful. Such a noble idea, and selfless act because he'd rather subject himself to all of the bad that comes with staying on this earth in exchange for being with his lover in physical form. Michael's just an angel who doesnt want to go back home because his profound love supercedes the heavenly experience. You get the impression Michael must've loved her dearly; it's just how Michael loves :~)
