JACK KIRBY is the true creator of Marvel. Look at the facts. Kirby joins Marvel and shortly after, they have a thousand new and inventive characters. Kirby leaves Marvel and creates an entire universe of characters for D.C., many of which are still huge. Stan, at this time, QUITS WRITING. Jack comes back to Marvel and creates more characters that are still selling. The facts are undeniable. NO JACK KIRBY=NO MARVEL OR STAN LEE. NO STAN=MORE SALES FOR WHOEVER HIRED JACK. 'NUFF SAID'.
Actually, all of Jack's DC work wasn't very popular, and Stan Lee did invent the popular characters like the Fantastic 4, Thor, and the Hulk. He came up with the idea of the character. Jack just told the story and drew what they looked like. And in the end Spider-Man is the most popular marvel hero and Jack had nothing to do with it.
YOU ARE SOOOOO BRAINWASHED!!! LOL... Jack is the CO-CREATOR of ALL those characters and considering how many actual people who worked at MARVEL at the time say JACK WAS THE MOST CREATIVE and INVENTIVE GUY, it is SILLY to believe that STAN LEE just came up with all these awesome characters out of the blue, especially considering HE NEVER CAME UP WITH ONE BEFORE JACK TOLD THE TRUTH! The artists submitted the ideas and Stan did what he wanted with them BUT they were not his ideas. HE WAS THE EDITOR
No smart guy. Stan Lee came up with the ideas and Jack told the stories. Stan goes up to jack and says, i'm thinking of a new idea about a character that is a big monster, or i'm thinking of a team of superheroes. He'd give Jack a plot and Jack would basically tell the story in his own way using Stan's ideas and plot. Any artist that worked with Stan will tell u that. look it up here on Youtube
Everyone from that time who is not still up MARVEL'S ASS, will tell you that JACK KIRBY MADE UP MOST OF THE IDEAS and Stan just wrote the DIALOGUE. IT IS TRUE. As for SPIDEY, as usual, Stan took an old KIRBY CONCEPT and modernized it. Stan deserves credit for being smart enough to introduce real life situations into comics, BUT THAT IS IT! He was taking the artists ideas, USUALLY JACK'S, and telling it the way he thought it would SELL. JACK CREATED MARVEL. Read the REAL history.
Tell me where u got the copy of the REAL HISTORY of marvel comics. Stan Lee even invented the name MARVEL. So explain to me how Jack created Marvel. Marvel was noticed way back when the Sub-Mariner and the original Human Torch, who jack had nothing to do with, were created.
