Illuminated, pt. I - The Idea

O primeiro de uma serie de 3 teasers que eu fiz em 2008 para uma espécie de coletivo audiovisual com pessoas de diversos países.

Eles me deram 25 horas de material filmado em HD no Reino Unido, Canadá e Japão.

Este colectivo criou uma série animada chamada Illuminated e, para divulgá-la fizeram The Illuminated Experience, festas com apresentações de DJs e VJs que apresentavam e promoviam o espírito da animação.

Neste vídeo podemos ver o diretor do projeto contando como ele se juntou ao grupo.

Eu não sei o que aconteceu com eles ou se eles viram esses vídeos ... talvez eles ainda estejam perdidos no Japão!

De qualquer maneira, agora os vídeos estão disponíveis.

The first of a serie of 3 teasers I made in 2008 for a kind of AV collective with people from everywhere.

They gave me 25 hours of HD footage shot on UK, Canada and Japan.

This collective created an animated series called Illuminated and the Illuminated Experience was a live DJ/VJ club performance that brings the spirit of the animated series into the nightclub environment.

In this video we can see (at least I think) the main director of the animated series telling how did he joined the group.

I don't know what happend to them or if they saw these videos... maybe they're still lost in Japan.
