Jemi One Shot - Thank you for not hating me.

It's my first one, so bare with me. I kind of wrote this hoping to take it somewhere's, but I couldn't, thus it became a one shot. Let me know what you think :).

Demi: (Lying in her bed and talking to herself). I knew telling him was a mistake. Weve been best friends for almost three years and all of a sudden I go and decide to have romantic feelings for him. What is wrong with me? First I feel like this and then I tell him. He will never get over this. I will never get over this. I am so stupid. What have I done?! (FLASHBACK)
Joe: I know that was so funny. I cant believe Nick actually locked himself out of the house.
Demi: Ha, I know. (Smiles and just stares at him).
Joe: What? Do I have spaghetti sauce on my face or something? (Wipes his face with a napkin)
Demi: No. (Her smile fades)
Joe: Well then what is it? You know you can tell me anything (Smiles).
Demi: Joe.. I dont know how to tell you this, but.. I think that I might have feelings for you. Like as more than just a friend. No. Not might. Joe, (looks him in the eyes) I love you.
Joe: (Shocked) Demi, I--
Demi: I know. Im sorry I shouldnt have told you. Ill see you tomorrow (leaves with tears in her eyes).
Demi: (End of flashback) (Sighs). *Just then her phone vibrates. She looks at the screen is says Joe♥ calling. She presses ignore. Two seconds later it beeps. It was a text from Joe. She presses read. Joe: Open your balcony door; Demi: What? Why?; Joe: Just do it.*
Demi: (Opens her door. She looks down) Hi
Joe: (Smiling) Hey.
Demi: (Looks up) Listen. Im sorry okay. I shouldnt have said anything. It was a mistake. I wish I never told you. Can we please just forget tonight ever happened?
Joe: No.
Demi: (Starts to tear) Joe please, I--
Joe: (Lays a finger on her mouth) I dont want to forget it.
Demi: (As tears start to fall down her face, she looks down again) But--
Joe: (Lifts her face up and wipes her tears. He leans in to kiss her.)
Demi: (Turns her face so he couldnt) Joe..
Joe: (Pulls her into a hug, and whispers softly) Baby, whats wrong? Why are you crying?
Demi: (Pushes him away) Joe I told you I loved you. Weve been best friends for two and a half years. I ruined that.
Joe: (Holds her face in the palm of his hand and looks into her eyes) You didnt ruin anything. If anything you made it better. Dem, Ive been waiting for so long to tell you how I felt about you. I feel the same way Demi. I love you too.
Demi: (Starts crying more) You do?
Joe: More than anything.
Demi: (Hugs him) Thank you.
Joe: For what?
Demi: For not hating me.
Joe: Baby, I could never hate you.
Demi: (Looks up at him and smiles).
Joe: (Leans down again setting his lips softly onto hers)
Demi: (Kisses back just as soft)
Joe: (Deepens the kiss, leading her backwards into her bedroom over to her bed, laying down with her without breaking the kiss)
Demi: (Pulls away, looking at him in they eyes)
Joe: I love you.
Demi: I love you too.
Joe: (Kisses her again and slowly moves his hand up her shirt)
Demi: (Pushes his hand back down, and pulls out of the kiss) Oh no, you have to earn that one, boy.
Joe: (Smiles) I plan on it.
Demi: (Reaches up and pecks his lips once more) Now get off before someone walks in on us.
Joe: Maybe I like it here (Starts tickling her)
Demi: (Grabs his hands and stops him) I like you here too.
Joe: (Lays next to her and pulls her into his chest) Goodnight Dems, I love you.
Demi: (Wraps her arms around his waist and smiles into his chest) I love you too.
