Ya, this one was a real pain in the butt, around 14 minutes of playing (not youtube friendly having to split a song) Ya but we spent the majority of our time practicing this song, Hungarian dance wasn't really a bother so we breezed it, then Go west we spent about a week learning it which ended up being a major pain.

I know there are a lot of jacked up parts, the main reason is Band and Orchestra don't meet up often and tutorials are only like 30 minutes long so we had no time to really do more than run it once and fix bugs.

I think it turned out great considering our size and the fact we are all Freshmen. A few other random tid bits no one cares about. The Orchestra chose this song so that means this year the band gets to choose (probably gonna be halo if I know the other saxes). And this concert was supposed to be in our professional theater thing the construction crew seems to never be able to finish. So we ended up doing the concert in the puny black box instead of our towering mammoth of a theater. But this year we might play this song again just for the opening concert because is theater stuff and yada lade ta......I'm done, for the first part anyway

  • Let's see, I was the one on the end the camera keeps looking at (mom never learns!) and if you count down from me he is the 5th person in my row, the one to the right of the tall person. So he was right there

  • Where are you?

  • I remember blasting on tenor during that ftw.
