Well here I am, Diana Coulson, who sang this aged 14 - a very long time ago !! This is very funny, someone just sent me the link to this and I had no idea it was on You Tube. Good memories, of a beautiful song, a wonderful school and an inspiring singing teacher - David Bedford - who gave us the opportunity to sing like this :) Quel bonheur !

J'ai l'âge de Mike Oldfield à quelques semaines près (24-4-53) et bien que n'attachant aucune croyance à l'astrologie(je suis taureau comme lui et serpent aussi en signe chinois) je me sens proche de sa musique,elle me touche énormément et je reviens toujours à ce morceau"The Rio Grande"...tout ce que MO a fait avec David Bedford est génial...l'instrumental de fin est tout simplement spatial, galaxien,supernovesque!

Oldfield est un phénomène peu ordinaire. Je ne sais pas si c'est vrai, mais j'ai lu qu'il avait entamé la composition de "Tubular Bells I" à l'âge de 17 ans et que ça lui avait pris plusieurs années.
