Objective:
-Caution! A powerful enemy is near! (In other words, be ready to die at any time.)

And a powerful enemy indeed. Dustflier, called Debris Flow (I think) in Japanese, is literally the strongest and, most likely, difficult boss in the game. To be able to fight him, you must complete Mission 89's main objective by defeating all 6 "giant" Heartless. Then, go to the Station Plaza and you can fight Dustflier. (If you fought Stalwart Blade last, leave the Plaza area and go back.)

You probably won't be able to defeat Dustflier the first time you do Mission 89. Just come back when you're stronger - I recommend coming back with Zero Gear. Bring your strongest Keyblade. Dustflier's defense is extremely high.

Personally, I don't find Dustflier as tough as people make it out to be. However, I can't beat it consistently for the sole reason that any screw ups can lead to a Game Over.

Dustflier only has 3 main attack 'patterns' and they're not even that hard to dodge. It's just that the attack range on its charging attack is VERY wide, so you can easily get hit and lose most of your health.

Dustflier's attacks:

~Shockwave "Short Range": It's still a BIG shockwave. Note, you don't get hit by the wave itself. You get hit if you're on the ground. So Air Slide (if you have a good level) or Glide away.
~Shockwave "All Range": It's what I mean. The shockwave will cover LITERALLY the entire plaza. Glide.

(These attacks are done right after the shockwaves)
~Backflip: Dustflier will back flip in place. Do yourself a favor: Don't be near him when he does it. Glide a safe distance away and then when it lands, start attacking.
~Charge: You should be gliding away from the Dustflier after it does a shockwave attack. Dustflier will charge forward. Be even FARTHER away than the Backflip. The range on its wings is absolutely horrendous to deal with. This attack is extremely powerful.
~Meteor: This attack is probably the most problematic. I think this attack is always done after the "all range" shockwave. Glide or Air Slide away in a circle. This attack can literally take all your HP in only 2 hits.
