http://RTR.org | Chase customer Ikenna Njoku attempted to cash a cashier's check made by Chase in the amount of $8,463.21. The cashier's check was issued by Chase after the bank received a $9,000 plus direct deposit for Njoku from the government. The deposit was Njoku's tax refund from the IRS. The problem for Njoku was that his account had been recently closed for being overdrawn. Chase took $600 from the direct deposit and issued Njoku the cashier's check for the balance. When he brought the cashier's check into the bank to cash it, he was hassled, mistreated, and assumed to be a criminal.

As a result he lost his job, his car was towed and sold and Chase has yet to provide an apology and compensation.

Chase bank is owned by the David Rockefeller.

Famous David Rockefeller quotes: "For more than a century, ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as "internationalists" and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."

"We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years."

"It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries."

  • Why isn't the asshole who screwed him in Jail after the whole situation? It's a woman and she's white, wonderful. This is America for you.

  • They only apologized a year after the incident and only after the media and lawyers got involved.

If the people at Chase must live under rocks if they are to stupid to understand the concept of public relations and videos about it going viral on youtube. If they had half a brain cell, they'd have apologized and reimbursed him ASAP. Instead they wait for the bad media attention?

    Seriously... how dumb are they?

  • What kind of suing rights will this man have? I hope he gets a HUGE settlement. Hypothetically what kind of suing rights would a person have if they were falsely convicted of a crime because of a bank and wound up serving years in prison?

  • FAKE. SHAME ON YOU . . . .

  • This was just swiped off another site and given a pretty border, and no where in it is an apology as stated in the title. Typical RTR tactics.
