opera is faster than google chrome or firefox in my opinion. when google chrome and firefox are opened the browser adds several programs running in the backround of the browser which can slow down your computer causing you to get a slower browser. you can see that it does this when you open up the task manager and look at the processes tab or the processes down at the bottom left of the box.

i can not make this work, is it because i am still in XP? In the target box i have "" marks
it will not let me apply changes to the target if i do
.exe --enable-user-scripts"
and does nothing when i do
.exe" --enable-user-scripts
