Well, to beat him you have to have a black belt. To make him easier to battle, when you have the purple belt you can start battling him. But you won't beat him.

I battle him multiple times, you see? To do it, you must battle him multiple times. More than 15 probably. You don't know how many battles I went through to beat him.

You don't need the mask, in fact, to get the mask you need to beat him! I already have it, but you have to keep battling even if it seems hopeless.
