Have you ever played Ultraman Club? It's a neat little famicon game that reminds me of Megaman. Maybe a possibility for a future Let's Play? I see that you're a fan of Kamen Rider and Power Rangers, apparently, so I thought it might be up your alley. I'm a big Ultraman fan.

I am not opposed to replaying previously LPed games, but breaking the playthrough into multiple videos would be nice. Sitting through the whole thing in one go is a bit much and it's easier to leave comments for shorter videos, as payableondeath7 said.

Since you asked for suggestions on future games to go through, how about Rocket Knight Adventures?

I want to do Rocket Knight I'm just super crummy at it. I'll keep trying to be very very good and capable of recording the whole thing. I promise.

Also I don't think you should replay any Megaman games past 3, after that you really got a cohesive style for pretty much most of your Let's Plays and they all maintaned a good quality.

If I recall correctly, you still have one Mega Man game left- the sequel to Mega Man and Bass.

And I don't mind replays so long as there has been sufficient time between them, like 8 months to a year or longer.
