I'm saying that any player character in the party can see the bracelet. This is why when going to fight skeith, they could see the bracelet shining

@prudence00 Well, according to .hack//Another Birth it does, because BlackRose stated that anybody in the party with Kite can see the bracelet. The reason that Mia could see it without being in the party was because.. Well, she wasn't a normal player character. Elk couldn't see it because he was.
