After a dozen times of asking permission to go to the toilet, with nowadays always the answer of 'You don't have to ask that, you are always allowed to go'. I still have trouble going without asking. Slowly it is fading. If I am alone I always watch if know one is looking. I wasn't allowed to accept food or water even if they asked I wanted to. And if you asked for water, you would get it, like a bath, they would held you under until your breath was gone. With no capability to drink the water..

i know how that is,my dad made me ask for anything,clothes,drinks,food,i
'd be locked in a closet and beaten,food was very rare for me,water was less,it got to the point at school teachers had to say i could eat my lunch,i now help other children deal with their abuse,it's a shame sometimes -
