This is officially the most amazing story. basically what happened was this horse molly was abandoned in hurricane katrina. she was left to die, and without kaye her new owner she would've. molly was attacked by a dog who was also rescued like molly and molly was left with so little of her leg left. it was down to the bone. molly went through surgery because kaye did not want to put such an amazing horse down. finally molly got her new leg! as you can see she walks amazing with it, and now she has her own foundation. The molly foundation! I was fortunate to get to not only see molly at the 2010 equestrain games, but i also got to help kaye with her. i was just in the right place at the right time i guess because kaye let me lead her down to the meet and greet and of course my mom videoed it. im glad she did though! the reason im walking on the wrong side is because kaye told me too and molly only will let you lead her on the side of her prosthetic because it makes her feel more comfortable. molly is such an inspiration for me and for everyone! hope you enjoy the video, and support this foundation which supports molly and other retirees and rescued ponies. oh and on the bottom of her prosthetic is a smiley face :) I DO NOT OWN THE SONG NOR DO I CLAIM TO THIS IS A NONPROFIT VIDEO FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY!!!
