  • To all the comments, dont make excuses about your knees, about cant do push ups, etc. So my answer; your knees hurt? ok buy a yoga mat or put towels, cant do push ups? it doesnt matter if you just make 2 or 3 but just do it, dont make lame excuses just workout, its your body but the most important thing that Bob says is not the muscle or how many reps can you do, is about the heart, if you dont workout your heart, then later years the body will regret it "God can forgive sins, but not your body"

  • Wanna know how to do push ups???? just press 4 and then 5 fast over and over again

  • 1:26 going down deeper....:P

  • You people that are having problems with the music being too loud probably need to re-configure your speaker setup. I've got stereo headphones plugged in to my computer and it sounds fine.

  • AT1:15 who in the world would think thats still to hard???

  • I can't hear anything but the music:/

  • Don't forget about maintaining a neutral spine. Trainer Bob had his head up. You should be in a straight line from neck to heals. If doing the modified version, from neck to knees. Very important!

  • @77starwarsfangirl Start with pushups where your knees touch the floor...

  • this guy probably only does push ups...looks reallllly weak

  • Bob, the music, even turned down is too loud. I can barely hear you. Might be a good idea to turn it off entirely in the post-editing.
