@SuperBrokenfoot , jiu jitsu and "rolling" has nothing to do with weight or strength. If he is bigger than you and he beats you, then you’re just not as good as him. I get worked by higher level guys who weight much less than I do. The whole basis of jiu jitsu is being able to defeat a much larger opponent. That’s Helios whole perspective on why he developed the techniques he did.
