Missfixitful i just received my afroveda products which consists of shampoo bar, shea amla butter, totally twisted buttter and pur whipped gelly my hair is very thick and i have a lot of breakage what do i need to do to stop the breakage, what is cowash? I love your videos and your hair is absolutely gorgeous

You've always been my twistout hero!! lol. I did finally figure out how to do my twists properly and keep a twist set and twistout for over a week. I found a Shealoe recipe online that I mix up myself. Shea Butter, Oil, and Aloe Vera gel with any fragrance you like. It's become my staple and works not only on my hair, but skin and face. I do my 2 strand twist with the Shealoe and Eco Styler Gel and I'm sooooo happy with it. Thanks so much for keeping me enouraged on those twists!!!
