Ron Paul wants to de-regulate everything, which is what caused the current global financial crises. People who believe that the market is "free" and will "self-regulate" itself belong in a mental hospital, not that the rest of Congress is doing any better. Believing that bankers and other pranksters don't need to be regulated is the same as believing children don't need to be taught not to murder, steal and lie. Actually, it's far worse.

Jive you are wrong, he voted against 5 year ban on internet access taxes, probably because he wants a permanent ban on it. Then he voted against creation of free trade and trade promotion authority, cause that is not the functions of the government (free market..). Restricting social networking sites, because that is private property owned by whoever runs the website... makes perfect sense though, the poll was built wrong.
